With such extensive and varied experience, Hove PhysioPilates believes in taking a holistic and client-focused approach to rehabilitation and value the benefits Pilates can offer both physical and mental well-being, when tailored to an individual’s needs.
Intentional Fitness
We’re proud to work alongside Intentional Fitness, a Brighton based personal training and fitness community focused on helping people build strength, confidence and long term healthy habits in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Founded by Sam Hallam, Intentional Fitness offers personal training, small group sessions and coaching designed to be approachable, motivating and sustainable, whether you are new to exercise, returning after injury, managing pelvic health concerns, or wanting to improve strength and fitness safely.
At Brighton Physiotherapy Clinic, we often recommend Intentional Fitness for patients who are looking for supportive strength training and exercise guidance beyond rehabilitation. Their approach aligns closely with our own values of evidence based care, long term health, movement confidence and individualised support.
Intentional Fitness creates an encouraging atmosphere for all fitness levels and understands the importance of adapting exercise around injuries, women’s health, postnatal recovery and confidence building.
